Do you buy items?

No. We are a true thrift store and do not buy directly from individuals. We only partner with non-profits and charities for purchasing donations, and we also accept donations dropped off at our stores.

Do you accept donations?

Yes! Each store has a donation drop-off point with staff ready to help. We accept clothing, shoes, accessories, books, small household items, and décor in good condition.

Do you pick up donations?

Right now, donations are accepted in-store. If we add a pickup service in the future, we’ll post details on our website.

What items don’t you accept?

We cannot accept large furniture, mattresses, dangerous items, or items in poor condition.

Do you offer discounts or a loyalty program?

Yes! We run rotating colour tag sales with up to 75% off, and we also give out $5 donation coupons (valid on purchases of $20 or more). On top of that, our VIP membership offers exclusive discounts and perks.

Can I return or exchange items?

We do not offer refunds, but you can exchange clothing, bedding, accessories, shoes, and electronics within 2 weeks of purchase for store credit. Just be sure to keep your receipt and leave the original tags attached.
